Yes, this laser is completely safe. Daowen laser machine is equipped with a variety of safety systems, such as anti-leakage socket, emergency stop button, water level alarm and red dot focus system.
Question 4: If the machine fails, how long is the warranty period?
The machine is under warranty for one year. If a failure occurs, generally speaking, our technicians will find out the problem based on customer feedback. If the problem is caused by quality problems, the parts will be replaced free of charge except for consumables.
Question 5: What about the documents after delivery?
After shipment, we will send you all the original documents by email or DHL, including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, and other certificates required by customers.
Question 6: How long is the delivery time?
Standard machines take 5-10 days; non-standard machines and machines customized according to customers' specific requirements take 15-30 days.
